Had her at the shop, someone dropped a wrench on the pass side and it hit the pos and neg terminals creating an arc. Somewhat narrowed down to TIPM. Possibly a relay went bad? Itll start when I jump the relay. It wont when I dont. Any ideas?

Hit or miss using a second hand TIPM there is read only memory that needs to be reset.
